Overcoming Addiction

Freedom is possible. You don’t have to face addiction alone. Take the first step toward healing today.

Healing that Lasts

We blend clinical excellence with Christ-centered care to restore mind, body, and spirit.

Here for Everyone

No matter where you come from or what you believe, you are welcome here. Hope and help are waiting.

Rooted in Faith

Our hope is in Jesus, who brings lasting change and new life. Through Him, recovery becomes redemption.

Why Choose a Christ-Centered Approach to Recovery?

At All Saints Recovery, we believe healing is most powerful when faith and professional counseling come together. Our Christ-centered treatment integrates biblical truth with evidence-based therapy to help you overcome addiction, rebuild your life, and grow closer to God.
Christian counseling is not only about recovery—it is about transformation. By inviting faith into the process, you gain strength, direction, and a renewed sense of purpose. Many clients find that their relationship with God becomes the anchor that sustains lasting change.

Healing Starts Here

Freedom begins with hope. At All Saints Recovery, we offer a safe and compassionate space to heal
from addiction and the pain that lies beneath it. Our Christ-centered Intensive Outpatient Program
helps clients rediscover identity, rebuild relationships, and grow in emotional and spiritual
wholeness.

Our Approach to Recovery

Healing happens when the mind, body, and spirit come together. We blend evidence-based therapy
with Christian care that addresses the roots of trauma and disconnection. Our approach includes
trauma-informed group therapy, EMDR, somatic and attachment-based work, as well as expressive
therapies like music, art, and worship. Each element helps clients restore safety, connection, and
meaning in recovery.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Our IOP is designed for those ready to live out recovery in real life while receiving structured
support. Clients participate in group therapy, individual counseling, and experiential sessions that
strengthen emotional regulation, healthy attachment, and relapse prevention. When needed, we
coordinate with trusted medical partners for detox or stabilization before care begins.

Faith in Action

We believe healing flows from the love of Jesus Christ. Faith is not separate from recovery, it is the
foundation of transformation. Through prayer, Scripture, music, and community worship, clients
experience renewal of the heart and the courage to live in freedom and purpose.

The 12 Steps
What Is the 12 Steps?
The 12-Step model, first introduced through Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) in 1935, has helped millions find freedom from addiction through community, honesty, and surrender to a Higher Power. At All Saints Recovery, we honor this time-tested framework and integrate it within a Christ-centered approach to healing and restoration.

Walking the 12 Steps invites deep self-reflection, forgiveness, and transformation. Clients learn to release guilt and shame from the past, take responsibility for their actions, and experience the grace of God that empowers lasting change. The process nurtures emotional awareness and spiritual renewal, helping individuals express anger, grief, and anxiety in healthy, redemptive ways.

Through honesty, accountability, and faith, clients discover that recovery is not just about abstinence—it’s about becoming whole, connected, and free.

How our 12-step program works

Our 12-Step program complements our trauma-informed and faith-based therapies by helping clients experience the power of connection and community. Within a safe and supportive group environment, clients share their experiences, reflect on past pain, and rediscover belonging. Each step encourages honesty, humility, and surrender to God’s transformative grace. As clients walk through the 12 steps, they gain practical tools for maintaining sobriety and spiritual alignment in everyday life.

Small Groups

Healing happens in relationship, which is why group therapy is at the heart of our Intensive Outpatient Program. Our small groups meet three evenings a week, creating space for vulnerability, accountability, and growth among peers who share similar experiences. Each group blends evidence-based therapy, experiential learning, 12-Step reflection, faith integration, and practical life skills. Clients discover that they are not alone and that recovery deepens through authentic community.

Location

Our Plano campus provides a calm, safe, and welcoming environment designed for healing. The setting offers private counseling rooms, warm group spaces, and areas for art, music, and worship. We’ve created a peaceful atmosphere where clients can rest, reflect, and reconnect with God and themselves.

Removing Barriers to Care

By offering online treatment, All Saints Recovery expands access to faith-based addiction care for
those who may otherwise go without it. Clients in rural areas, those with limited transportation, or individuals who prefer a more private option can still receive personalized support and connection. Our virtual platform ensures that help, hope, and community are never out of reach—because healing should have no limits.

The main way patients and providers communicate have always been through in-person, face-to-face interactions. And this has been the method clinicians have used to engage in substance abuse treatment. Although it has shown itself to be effective, online treatment offers a new vision in the range of treatment for substance use disorders (SUDs).

Theyre a team of high-performing experts.
What Are the 12 Steps?
The 12 Steps provide a spiritual and relational pathway to healing. They invite honesty, humility, and restoration through connection with God and others. Each step encourages reflection, confession, forgiveness, and growth, helping individuals break free from the isolation of addiction and rediscover purpose through faith and community.

The 12 Steps are:

1. We admitted we were powerless over alcohol (or drugs), that our lives had become unmanageable.
2. Came to believe that a Power greater than ourselves could restore us to sanity.
3. Made a decision to turn our will and our lives over to the care of God as we understood Him.
4. Made a searching and fearless moral inventory of ourselves.
5. Admitted to God, to ourselves, and to another human being the exact nature of our wrongs.
6. Were entirely ready to have God remove all these defects of character.
7. Humbly asked Him to remove our shortcomings.
8. Made a list of all persons we had harmed and became willing to make amends to them all.
9. Made direct amends to such people wherever possible, except when to do so would injure them or others.
10. Continued to take personal inventory and, when we were wrong, promptly admitted it.
11. Sought through prayer and meditation to improve our conscious contact with God, praying for knowledge of His will for us and the power to carry that out.

How the 12 Steps Support Recovery

The 12-Step process is one of the most trusted frameworks for addiction recovery, rooted in honesty, accountability, and faith. At All Saints Recovery, we explore these steps through a Christ-centered lens, helping clients deepen their relationship with God as they grow in emotional and spiritual maturity. Through group therapy, reflection, and fellowship, clients learn to live in freedom, grace, and ongoing transformation.

A Truly Exceptional and Life-Changing Christian IOP I have attended several Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOPs) over the years, and none have come close to the quality, care, and spiritual depth of this one. This program is truly unique and I highly, highly recommend it to anyone seeking healing and growth within a Christian framework. What sets this IOP apart is the genuinely caring nature of every single staff member. They don't just "do a job"; they invest personally in the well-being and success of every client. The commitment and compassion are palpable, making the group feel like a true community. I especially want to commend Ervin Lee. Ervin is an exceptional leader and counselor who consistently goes above and beyond for each of his clients. His dedication, insight, and willingness to offer extra support are a huge asset to this program. This experience has profoundly educated and deepened my understanding spiritually and as a Christian. The curriculum is excellent, and the environment fosters incredible growth. If you are looking for an IOP that will not only help you heal but also significantly strengthen your faith, this is the one.
