Our counselors, therapists, and support staff bring together clinical expertise, genuine compassion, and a shared faith in Christ. CHARISSE TAY MITCHELL

Clinical Executive Director

Charisse Tay Mitchell serves as the Clinical Executive Director of All Saints Recovery, where she leads with a blend of clinical excellence, strategic vision, and deep compassion. She is passionate about helping people experience lasting healing and discover that they are deeply loved by God.

Born in Boston and raised in Singapore, Charisse returned to the United States in 2011 for college and began her career in finance, working at Houlihan Lokey and Barclays in New York City. Over time, she felt a clear call from God to move into counseling and more restorative, person-centered work. Before joining All Saints, she served as Clinical Director of Family Services at The Men of Nehemiah in Dallas, a Christ-centered recovery ministry serving men overcoming addiction and homelessness.

At All Saints, Charisse integrates her background in business, counseling, and faith to help lead the organization with wisdom and care. Her greatest joy is her relationship with God and her husband, Andrew, and her heart is to help others live free, restored, and whole.
