Group Therapist

Zachary Guerrero is a Group Therapist at All Saints Recovery who helps clients explore the deeper roots of substance use and move toward meaningful, lasting healing. His work is especially focused on individuals whose addiction is connected to unresolved trauma, emotional pain, or patterns shaped by earlier relationships.

Zach’s approach is trauma-informed, person-centered, and strongly influenced by the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Rather than focusing only on symptoms or behaviors, he helps clients slow down, build awareness, and understand the underlying emotional patterns driving addiction. His goal is to support recovery that is not rooted in shame or force, but in deeper connection, regulation, and authenticity.

He strives to create a therapeutic space that feels supportive, nonjudgmental, and faith-centered. Whether someone is early in recovery, questioning their relationship with substances, or working to maintain long-term change, Zach is committed to helping clients build resilience, strengthen their sense of self, and move toward a more grounded and connected life in Christ.
