Cali Saurage serves as Program and Admissions Coordinator at All Saints Recovery, where she helps guide clients through the admissions process and into treatment with clarity, care, and consistency. She plays a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, coordinating scheduling, assisting with case management, and helping create a smooth and intentional transition into care.

Cali began her work in behavioral health as a counselor at Restored Path Detox after earning her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Texas Tech University. She later worked as a Case Manager at AADHAR, a nonprofit psychiatric clinic, where she gained additional experience in both clinical support and operational systems. During that time, she also worked part-time with All Saints before stepping into her current full-time role.

Raised in Kerrville, Texas, in a family deeply connected to the recovery community, Cali developed an early understanding of both addiction and long-term sobriety. She brings that perspective into her work with thoughtfulness, structure, and compassion. She currently holds her LCDC-I and plans to continue her education toward becoming an LPC.
