Mental Health Intensive Outpatient program (MHIOP)

Healing That Reaches the Whole Person

At All Saints Recovery, our programs are designed to support lasting healing, not just temporary relief. We believe recovery is most meaningful when clinical care, spiritual support, and real human connection come together. Our work is rooted in compassion, honesty, and the belief that people can change when they are met with both truth and grace. Our current services emphasize Christ-centered, trauma-informed care that treats the whole person, body, mind, and spirit.

Whether someone is reaching out for themselves or for a loved one, we want the first step to feel clear, welcoming, and hope-filled.

Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Program

A safe place to heal, grow, and reconnect.

Our Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Program (MH IOP) provides structured, compassionate support for individuals experiencing mental health concerns that are making everyday life more difficult. MH IOP offers a higher level of support than traditional weekly therapy while allowing clients to continue living at home and remain connected to their families, relationships, and daily responsibilities.

Programming is responsive to the needs of the clients we serve, rather than centered around a rigid curriculum. Groups create space to address concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, emotional regulation, burnout, relationships, self-esteem, identity, and major life transitions. Clients develop greater awareness of themselves and their patterns while building practical tools for navigating emotions, relationships, and everyday stressors.

Much of our clinical work is informed by NARM (NeuroAffective Relational Model) and other trauma-informed approaches. Through Christ-centered, evidence-based care, we help clients explore the deeper emotional and relational patterns impacting their well-being while strengthening connection, resilience, and their capacity to move forward.

Our program goes beyond symptom management to address the deeper emotional, relational, and spiritual issues that often fuel addiction.

What Happens in MH IOP GROUP THERAPY?

Individual Therapy

Family Therapy

We also offer family therapy as part of Mental Health IOP because emotional and mental health challenges often affect the relationships closest to us. Family therapy provides a supportive space to address communication, boundaries, conflict, and relational patterns with greater understanding and compassion. Sessions can help loved ones better understand what the client is experiencing while strengthening communication and healthier ways of relating. Our goal is to support both the individual and their family as they move toward greater connection, understanding, and healing.

Medication Management

Enrichment and Guest Speakers

Mental health and emotional wellness involve more than therapy alone. Throughout Mental Health IOP, we incorporate enrichment activities and guest speakers that offer new perspectives, practical tools, and opportunities for personal growth. These experiences complement the work happening in therapy while encouraging clients to explore healthy ways of managing stress, building connection, and caring for their overall well-being. Our goal is to help clients develop a more balanced, connected, and meaningful life beyond treatment.

Aftercare Programming

Building a Life Beyond Treatment

Mental Health IOP is about more than feeling better in the moment. Throughout treatment, clients work toward building healthy routines, meaningful relationships, greater self-awareness, and practical ways of caring for their emotional well-being. We encourage clients to identify the people, practices, resources, and connections that can continue supporting them beyond treatment. Our hope is that clients leave with greater confidence in their ability to navigate challenges, stay connected to what matters most, and continue growing long after their time in IOP ends.
