Cade Saurage is the Executive Director of All Saints Recovery, where he provides leadership, executive oversight, and strategic direction for the organization. He brings nearly two decades of experience in managed healthcare and behavioral health, with particular expertise in utilization review, payer strategy, and organizational leadership.

Throughout his career, Cade has served in executive and operational leadership roles across the behavioral health field, including at Restored Path, Ocean Recovery, Ascendant NY, and La Hacienda Treatment Center. He is also a faculty member with NAATP and is known for his unique perspective on managed care partnerships and behavioral health strategy.

Cade has contributed to the field through teaching, leadership development, and his publication, 7 Steps to Successful UR. At All Saints, he continues to help shape sustainable systems of care while supporting strong clinical and operational excellence.
