Director of Spiritual Formation

Chael Shaw serves as Director of Spiritual Formation at All Saints Recovery, where he helps guide clients toward healing that honors both clinical integrity and spiritual depth. He is passionate about walking alongside individuals and families with humility, compassion, and a strong belief in restoration through Christ.

Chael brings a unique background that spans substance use treatment, pastoral ministry, and community outreach. His experience includes work across detox, residential, PHP, IOP, and sober living settings, giving him a broad understanding of the recovery journey. Grounded in lived recovery experience and ongoing theological training at Baylor University, he approaches care through a whole-person lens that values truth, dignity, accountability, and hope.

Originally from South Texas and now based in Central Texas with his wife, Caroline, and their four children, Chael serves clients across the state with the same kind of care that once helped him. He is deeply committed to bridging the gap between evidence-based treatment and Christ-centered healing.
