Answers to common questions about treatment processes, costs, and facility policies.

Our IOP provides structured clinical and spiritual support for individuals seeking recovery from addiction while continuing to live at home or in sober living. Clients attend multiple sessions per week focused on therapy, education, and spiritual growth in a safe, Christ-centered environment.

The IOP is ideal for individuals who have completed detox or residential treatment and are ready to apply recovery skills in daily life. It is also appropriate for those who do not require 24-hour supervision but still need consistent therapeutic and community support.

Faith is at the heart of everything we do. Our team incorporates prayer, Scripture, worship, and spiritual reflection into the recovery process. Clients are invited—but never pressured—to explore their relationship with God and find strength through Jesus Christ.

We use a holistic approach that blends trauma-informed, evidence-based, and faith-based care. Our therapies include group counseling, EMDR for trauma, somatic-based and attachment-focused interventions, expressive arts, music therapy, and worship-centered experiences that promote emotional and spiritual healing.

Our IOP meets three days a week—Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday—from late afternoon to early evening. Each session includes group therapy, psychoeducation, and faith-based integration time. This schedule allows clients to maintain work, school, or family responsibilities while staying engaged in treatment.

Some clients benefit from medical detox or short-term stabilization before starting IOP. If that is needed, our team coordinates with trusted local hospitals and detox centers to ensure a safe transition into outpatient care.

We treat the whole person—body, mind, and spirit. Healing includes clinical therapy for emotional and psychological health, body-based practices for nervous system regulation, and faith-based care for spiritual renewal.

We believe lasting recovery happens within healthy connection. Family members are encouraged to participate in education sessions, workshops, and counseling opportunities that foster understanding, boundaries, and restored relationships.

Our goal is long-term recovery. After completing the program, clients receive continued care recommendations, community resources, and support for ongoing therapy or faith-based groups. We help each individual build a plan that supports continued growth and accountability.

We accept most major insurance plans and offer private-pay options for those without coverage. Our admissions team can verify benefits and help determine the most affordable path to care.

We are located in Plano, Texas, and welcome clients from the surrounding Dallas–Fort Worth area and beyond. Our facility offers private counseling rooms, group spaces, and areas for worship, art, and reflection.

Many clients report greater emotional stability, restored relationships, deeper faith, and a renewed sense of purpose. Recovery is not only about abstaining from substances but about rediscovering identity, connection, and peace in Christ.
