Charisse Tay Mitchell
Clinical Executive Director
Charisse Tay Mitchell was born in Boston and raised in Singapore before moving back to the United States in 2011 for college. She graduated from New York University’s Stern School of Business with a degree in Finance and began her career in investment banking, working as a Financial Analyst at Houlihan Lokey and later as an Assistant Vice President at Barclays in New York City.
After several years in finance, Charisse felt a clear call from God to serve others in a more personal and restorative way. She went on to earn a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University and a Master of Arts in Christian Counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision at Colorado Christian University.
Charisse has served as the Clinical Director of Family Services at The Men of Nehemiah in Dallas, a Christ-centered recovery ministry for men overcoming addiction and homelessness. There, she led trauma-informed family programs that brought healing and reconnection to families impacted by addiction.
She now serves as the Clinical Executive Director at All Saints Recovery, where she integrates her background in business, counseling, and faith to lead with both vision and compassion. Her greatest joy is her relationship with God and her husband, Andrew, and her passion is helping people discover that they are deeply loved by God and can live free, restored, and whole.
