Virtual Intensive Outpatient program (VIOP)

Healing That Reaches the Whole Person

At All Saints Recovery, our programs are designed to support lasting healing, not just temporary relief. We believe recovery is most meaningful when clinical care, spiritual support, and real human connection come together. Our work is rooted in compassion, honesty, and the belief that people can change when they are met with both truth and grace. Our current services emphasize Christ-centered, trauma-informed care that treats the whole person, body, mind, and spirit.

Whether someone is reaching out for themselves or for a loved one, we want the first step to feel clear, welcoming, and hope-filled.

Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program

Meaningful connection. Wherever you are.

Our Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program provides structured, Christ-centered substance use treatment in a secure virtual setting, allowing clients to receive meaningful clinical support while remaining connected to work, family, and everyday responsibilities.

Like our in-person programming, Virtual IOP is responsive to the needs of the clients we serve rather than built around a rigid curriculum. Group discussions focus on what clients are experiencing in their recovery, including emotional regulation, relationships, trauma, shame, identity, coping patterns, relapse prevention, and the deeper issues that may contribute to substance use.

Much of our clinical work is informed by NARM (NeuroAffective Relational Model) and other trauma-informed approaches. Through evidence-based care, meaningful connection, and faith integration, clients develop greater self-awareness, healthier ways of coping and relating, and practical tools they can carry directly into their everyday lives.

Our program goes beyond symptom management to address the deeper emotional, relational, and spiritual issues that often fuel addiction.

What Happens in VIOP GROUP THERAPY?

Individual Therapy

Alongside virtual group therapy, Virtual IOP clients also receive individual therapy for more focused, personalized support. These sessions provide a private space to explore experiences, relationships, patterns, and recovery goals in greater depth. Individual therapy allows clients to process concerns that may be harder to address in group and work more directly with the emotional, relational, and spiritual issues connected to addiction. Informed by NARM and other trauma-informed approaches, sessions help clients deepen self-awareness, strengthen healthier patterns, and apply what they are learning in treatment directly to everyday life.

Family Therapy

We also offer family therapy as part of Virtual IOP because addiction often impacts the relationships closest to us. Virtual sessions provide a convenient space for clients and loved ones to address communication, trust, boundaries, conflict, and relational patterns together. Family therapy can help loved ones better understand addiction and recovery while developing healthier ways of communicating and supporting one another. Our goal is to help families move toward greater understanding, repair, and connection while supporting the client’s continued recovery.

Medication Management

Medication management services are available to Virtual IOP clients when clinically appropriate. These appointments provide additional medical support for clients who may benefit from medication evaluation, monitoring, or assistance with concerns such as cravings, sleep, co-occurring mental health symptoms, or other clinical needs. Our medical providers work alongside the clinical team to ensure care remains thoughtful, individualized, and connected to each client’s overall treatment and recovery goals.

Enrichment and Guest Speakers

Virtual IOP includes more than therapy alone. Throughout the program, we incorporate guest speakers and enrichment opportunities that bring new perspectives, practical tools, and encouragement into the recovery process. These experiences complement the clinical work happening in group and give clients additional ways to explore wellness, connection, and personal growth. Even in a virtual setting, our goal is to create an engaging treatment experience that helps clients build greater balance, resilience, purpose, and connection in everyday life.

Aftercare Programming

Staying Connected

Connection is an important part of lasting recovery, even after structured treatment ends. Throughout Virtual IOP, we encourage clients to build meaningful relationships, healthy support systems, and connections within their recovery community that can continue beyond treatment. As clients transition out of the program, our goal is to help them identify the people, resources, and supports that will help them stay grounded, connected, and encouraged as they continue moving forward.
